2 Weeks (Newborn Follow-Up Visit)
1 Month (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
2 Months (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
4 Months (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
6 Months (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
9 Months (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
12 Months (Physical Exam / Developmental Assesment)
